cup chopped pecans
1 apple, cored and chopped
10 seedless green grapes, quartered
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
teaspoon ground cumin
salt and ground black pepper to taste
How to Make Easy Leftover Rotisserie Chicken Salad
Place shredded chicken, pecans, apple, and quartered grapes in a bowl. Stir.

I should have listened to my instincts and started with only half the mayo. As you can see from my photo, the salad was covered with mayo Im thinking that with only half the mayo that the rest of the seasoning had a chance of adding flavor to the chicken and remaining ingredients.
